The three items can be substituted by food with similar ingredients and size. 3. How Often: While on the fasting diet, you can eat as many fasting meals as needed during the day, but only if you are feeling hungry. If you are not hungry at all, do not eat. Then you will be in a full Pi Gu state. Do not try to force yourself into full Pi Gu state. This is supposed to happen naturally and effortlessly.
