Tai Chi Dao Yin Qigong 12 Movement DVD Sleeping Better with More Energy Seven months ago I developed a shoulder injury that left me unable to do my usual pilates and aerobics. After a couple of months I was frustrated with my slow progress toward recovery. Being a retired nurse, I knew if I didn’t use my arms due to shoulder discomfort I would loose mobility in the joints. I knew I needed to find a gentler way of exercising. I have always been intrigued with tai chi and qigong, so I started doing some internet research. I came across Owen’s site and purchased his 12 movement qigong DVD. It is very easy to learn and it only takes about 10 minutes. The movements are uncomplicated and easy to perform. I really wondered what something so simple could do for me, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I noticed in a short time I was sleeping better and I wasn’t as tired in the afternoon. I also started feeling the energy around my hands when I was performing the movements. Qigong is now a daily routine along with walking or low impact lower body aerobics. I recently finished Owen’s tai chi course which I thoroughly enjoy. It also is now part of each day. K.T. Brookeville, Md.
