Tai Chi Dao Yin Qigong 12 Movement DVD Excellent Instruction with Relaxing Format Author - Dr. Owen Liao Anyone desiring to understand and benefit from the practice of qi gong whether for martial arts or health must have excellent instruction and the best avenue that I have found to this understanding is through the practice of Dr. Owen’s Tai Chi Dao Yin Qigong 12 Movement DVD. Dr. Owen recommended that I incorporate Tai Chi Dao Yin Qigong into my overall Tai Chi practice to “build up my qi.” I was hopeful yet skeptical about the extent to which my qi would be built up by following a DVD. When I first viewed the DVD I thought the 12 exercises looked relaxing but not very energizing. Nevertheless, I am compelled to say after a few days of practice in the morning I have begun to see a positive change in my energy level and vigor. I also noticed that I have more warmth and circulation in my body. The DVD is easy to use, has excellent instruction and has a relaxing format. It is even good if you have just a few minutes in the morning to practice a few moves.
