Testimonial:
I was turned on to the idea of acupuncture after my wife was diagnosed with severe tension headaches. Her neurologist suggested it as an alternative to trying some heavy medications to control her problem. She was in terrible agony and I became desperate to find her a solution. I finally located Dr. Liao through his website and contacted him for my wife. I was very skeptical as I have never been exposed to eastern medicine but I was astonished at the results. After her first visit, the tension headache was completely eliminated and has never returned since. I could not believe what he had done; she had been in the hospital for three days related to this pain and they had no solution other than taking rest and running unnecessary tests which ended up causing a whole different set of issues.
Consequently, I felt compelled to have Dr. Liao consult with me on my health. I had been feeling sluggish, as far back as I can remember. It has become common for me to feel tired all day long. Dr. Liao’s diagnosis suggested that my lung function was weaker than it should have been and that this was most likely a leading factor in my “tired” feeling and that consistently poor lung function could be a factor in developing lung disease or cancer in the future.
We started treatment to deal with this condition approximately 4 months ago. On my first visit, Dr. Liao measured my inhalation capacity to understand how severe my condition was. He asked me to breathe in for as long as I could; I could do it for 13 seconds. I asked Dr. Liao what he felt I should be at. He told me that for my high levels of stress, I should maintain constant inhalation for between 1 to 1.5 minutes straight to maintain healthy lungs. I was a bit shocked but Dr. Liao assured me that we could fix this problem with some time. He suggested that he will perform Qi Gong (energy healing) followed up by Acupuncture.
During the Qi Gong, I noticed amazing improvements in my breathing; my breathing became powerful and effortless. The air felt as if it was rushing into my body. The acupuncture to follow intensified this feeling and I felt myself breathing almost 2 or 3 times better, all within 20 minutes of treatment. After 3 months of treatment, I am happy to report that my constant inhalation time has increased 300% from 13 seconds to 53 seconds. I jump out of bed most of the time now and feel much more energy throughout the day. I am confident that within the next 2 months, I will hit the once unobtainable target of 90 seconds. My wife and I are grateful.
Thank you very much Dr. Liao!
