Tai Chi Learning
Owen is a patient and adept Tai Chi teacher. Through his teachings, and through practicing Tai Chi every day, I learned to better discipline my body movements, walk more gracefully, and I learned to better concentrate. Tai Chi as a weekly or daily practice is extremely beneficial both physically and mentally as it transforms a lot of stress into useful energy. I am very grateful to have crossed paths with Master Owen Liao, and I am very grateful for his teachings.
