Tongue Pain

The treatment I received from Owen today (Jan. 9, 2002), made me very thankful and respectful! The swelling pain on my tongue had bothered me for quite a few days. I felt the pain when I opened and closed my mouth. I even woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain from my tongue, not to mention the pain when I was eating!

After Owen took a look at the surface and the bottom of my tongue, he started Tuina on the toes on my left foot, then moved to the ankle, calf and then the knee. When he started Tuina, it was very painful. But after he dissolved the obstructed area, the pain was reduced. At the same time, a warm stream arose from my foot. During the treatment on the inside of my calf, there suddenly was a sensation like electricity that stabbed straight into the deep layer of my lumber area. The warmness then moved up to my spine and my head. At the same time, I experienced some mild sweating.

The treatment lasted for about an hour. Although it was painful during treatment, afterwards, my swelling was mostly reduced and the pain was also reduced. What was most surprising was that my long-time lower back problem was also relieved and the two big, blue blood vessels under my tongue were less clear. It helped both my acute and chronic illnesses at the same time.

After I got home, I followed Owen’s instructions and took a hot shower to flush the treated area until the skin was pink. I also drank a cup of hot water to help disperse the sweat. I experienced total comfort in my whole body and I felt great!

I couldn’t express enough about my thankfulness to Owen. Here I only wrote down my experience of curing most of my long-time left side headache and lower back pain as my appreciation. Thanks again, Owen!
