Beginning Back to College
Beginning Back to College

The tongue is generally pale, skinny and narrow. The tip shrank because of low blood supply. The tip is the brain area which caused low concentration in her study work.

Her palms and soles both sweat a lot. It indicates the core of the body is over heated a lot.

This is an ADD case. She cannot study continuously for more than half an hour. Her energy is low and she has a sleeping problem.

The tongue is more colorful, thicker and wider. The tip area that shrank is greatly improved. It means a lot more blood supply is available to the brain.

The sweating of her palms and soles are greatly reduced. The over heated body is cooling down.

She sleeps better. Her concentration is about 6 times better than before. She can study up to 4.5 hours continuously every day.

About 3/4 area of the red tongue is covered with white coating. The tip and the edge are redder. Red indicates the brain is over heated. White coating means his legs and feet are cold.

His palms and soles are very very wet, feels like he just washed his hands and feet. The inner body is really over heated.

This is an ADHD case. He didn't have any desire to open a book for studying and cannot sit still for 5 minutes.

The white coating is fading a great deal. At the same time, the red color of the tongue is relatively reduced. The color of the tongue is more even now.

His palms and soles are still wet slightly, but it is much better than before.

His concentration has improved about 22 times or more. The score of a subject  was improved from 59 to 80, then 88. His average studying time is about 2.5 hours.
