Condition: Scoliosis & Lordosis
Summary:
The 15 year old girl has been diagnosed with
scoliosis and lordosis since age 12. She has two sets of vertebrae involved. After the
first set (Scoliosis set - T3 and T5) were successfully treated in 2005, then the treatments focused on
the second set. The pictures shown below are about the treatments of the second
set (Lordosis set - T12 and L3). She can't straighten her knees while she is standing. If she
forces her knees to be straightened, then she feels like she is falling
forward.
The lordosis treatment has shown
steady improvement over the period of a month, with weekly visits. After the
successful lordosis treatment, not only can stand up straight, she
is also no longer hearing the grinding sound when she bends her knees.
