Owen Liao has helped me on my journey toward health with his phone conferences (Distance Healing) and CD (Tai Chi Dao Yin Qigong 12 Movements - DVD). I was not breathing properly. My breath stopping midway down my chest. We worked on this and also exercises to get the life energy flowing through my body once again.

 

I have incorporated this into my art workshops for my students and whenever I am feeling stressed I return to this wisdom he has shared.
