My First Healing Session

Dear Owen,
During the first visit I thought we accomplished a great deal. After filling
out the forms that asked me what was ailing me (mainly the schizo-affective
disorder), I sat in your healing room and closed my eyes as you focused the healing
energy on me. Immediately I felt a lightening of my mental energy...like a
white light going on in my brain. I felt peaceful and calm, and very clear in my
thinking. Then, during the acupuncture, I rested
after you put the small needles in (which didn't hurt) and I felt very calm and
centered. You left me to rest, and during that time I breathed deeply most of
the time and a couple of times my body breathed very deeply and I felt very
good.
After leaving your healing center, I had a great night of sleep. During the
week after the first healing, I noticed that my tongue was feeling different; I
had a different reaction in my taste buds to things that I usually enjoyed
tasting, like soda, sugary foods, salty foods and fats. I didn't crave them as
much and when I did eat them they didn't satisfy me. I am now thinking of doing Pi
Gu.
